Remortgage customers and home-movers with Clydesdale Bank can get 1 year’s free buildings and contents insurance worth up to £1,000.
The Bank is also offering £500 off arrangement fees as an alternative for those customers, which will give them greater flexibility to suit their financial situation.
The new offer runs until 28th February 2010 and is available on a range of products for new residential mortgage customers transferring to the Bank from their existing lender . Those looking for a new mortgage will get a further boost as Clydesdale has made some changes to its mortgage range, reducing the cost of borrowing .
