Tesco Bank has announced a new initiative that aims to boost convenience for vacationers looking to obtain their travel insurance and holiday money.
The organisation is launching a one-stop shop that will enable consumers to get their hands on both these products at the same time – while also allowing them to pick up other essentials such as sun cream.
According to the group, Tesco Bank Travel Money offers shoppers competitive rates when it comes to exchanging money, travellers’ cheques and pre-paid currency cards.
In addition, the firm noted it offers a price match policy that means any better exchange rates found on the same day within a five-mile radius of one of its outlets will be matched.
Iain Clink, chief commercial officer at Tesco Bank, said: “Life is often hectic in the run-up to a holiday, but Tesco makes things that little bit easier by providing a one-stop shop for your holiday essentials.”
He added customers can therefore get hold of cover while also purchasing other holiday goods at the same time, adding a greater degree of convenience to shopping trips.
