Privilege has highlighted that insurance customers can take advantage of a range of discounts by arranging separate car insurance and home insurance deals with the company.
For instance, those homeowners who already have an online home insurance policy with the broker can take advantage of an exclusive ten per cent discount on car insurance cover.
Similarly, car insurance customers can benefit from a £50 discount on their home insurance renewal quote if it costs more than £250.

Kate Syred, commercial director at Privilege Insurance, explained the thinking behind the exclusive deals.

Motorists who need to renew their car insurance cover may wish to decide beforehand whether they wish to arrange third party car insurance, third party, fire and theft car insurance, or fully comprehensive car insurance protection.
