The supermarket bank, Sainsburys, has launched a new discount which will be available to customers who are looking to buy home insurance .
Sainsbury’s home insurance will be providing a 25 per cent discount to anyone who purchases household contents insurance between February 24th and June 30th. Called the 30-30-30 deal, Sainsbury’s Bank will offer an extra five per cent discount to those who purchase buildings contents at the same time, as well as £30 worth of shopping vouchers with a further £30 if they renew the policy after 12 months.
Neil Laird, Sainsbury’s Home Insurance Manager, said: “Unlike some other promotions around at the moment, ours is open to all new customers and provides a reward in year one and two.”
Research recently conducted by LV= has revealed that as the recession bites, many Brits may be looking to cut down on the amount they spend on home insurance this year.
