Specialist law firm Arc Property Solicitors has announced that it has expanded its service offering by entering the life insurance market.
The life insurance product will be available to homeowners with properties bought for £200,000 or above on a fixed-rate basis. Arc’s flat-rate model provides cheaper premiums than most providers because the firm does not take a commission from insurance companies.
Richard Chan, Managing Director of Arc Property Solicitors, said: "We’re delighted to be in a position to launch a life insurance product to the market. We talk to around 10 per cent of the market each month looking for a conveyancing solicitor and many ask our advice on life insurance, so it’s great to now be able to offer our own product that actually works out more competitive than most price comparison sites ."
According to Arc, they have a dedicated quotes team which will be on hand to offer three competitive price brackets of £150 for properties between £200,000-£299,999, £300 for those between £300,000-£499,999, and £500 on properties over £500,000.
