Sainsbury's Finance has recently announced that it is to extend its pet insurance offer of 12 months cover for the price of 9.
New customers who take out a policy online by 6th September 2010 will also benefit from double Nectar Points for 2 years on their shopping and fuel and in addition, get a 5 per cent discount if a second pet is insured .
Lucy Hunter, Sainsbury's Pet Insurance Manager, said: "Advances in veterinary treatment mean that vet fees are on the rise. By extending this offer we are providing good quality pet insurance that will give pet owners peace of mind that they're covered for a wide range of conditions at an even more affordable price. Our double Nectar offer gives the Sainsbury's shopper even more."
With Sainsbury's pet insurance, up to £7,500 per condition is available for veterinary treatments, including up to £250 a year for behavioural problems.
