New service offers mobile car insurance quote

The motor insurer swiftcover.com has launched a service which will offer consumers car insurance quotes through their mobile phone internet connection .

The service is the first of its kind and will allow people to get an instant quote when a computer is not available nearby, such as when they are comparing cars at a second hand car dealer, or even when they are travelling and want to make use of their spare time. Customers will be able to access the mobile site 24 hours a day and by filling in a simple form, they will get a no-obligation quote in less than 60 seconds.
